We made it! After enduring a year when car meets like this were banned, members of S2KUK finally got together for SportsCarsInThePark on 1st August 2021 at Newby Hall near Ripon, North Yorkshire. It was a great turnout with 17 S2000’s and the weather was great, early showers followed by sunshine all day.
I would like to thank all those owners who supported the club, and presented a great selection of S2000’s including a GT100, and a genuine AP2 (F22C from USA). Everyone enjoyed the chance to meet up with fellow minded enthusiasts and chat about their experiences with owning and maintaining them. Some great contacts were made, and I think next years event will have even greater support, as I know a few missed out due to clashing events.
If you cant wait until spring next year then come and join us at the Royalty Road Show monthly classic car meet at the Royalty in Otley. We meet from 6:30pm on the last Wednesday evening of the month.
